I am a comprehensive computer user combined with, excellent English, a good work ethic and the ability to get the tasks completed in a timely, friendly and professional manner. I have worked on live chat and support call accounts such as Delta, Amazon, Shutterfly, A& T, and Direct TV along with a few others.
I research using knowledge tools as a means of ensuring I provide the customer with accurate information.
